At Atlas Bullion, we are dedicated to customer satisfaction and quality assurance. Our refund and return policy is designed to protect both our customers and our business. Please read the following policy carefully.
1. Return Requirements
All returns must be initiated by contacting us at kenzie@atlasbullion.com or by calling 870-712-4665. Refunds will only be issued after all items have been returned to us in their original condition.
2. Refund Amount
- Fixed Refund Value: Refunds will be issued for the purchase price of the metals on the day the sale was made. The amount refunded will not be affected by any fluctuations in metal prices after the date of purchase.
- Exclusions for Payment Fees: If the customer paid by credit card or PayPal, the refund will exclude any processing fees associated with the payment method. Only the base purchase amount will be refunded.
3. Shipping and Theft Protection
- Insured Shipments: All items are fully insured during shipping to ensure your purchase is protected. In the rare event of loss or theft, we will initiate an investigation with the relevant carrier.
- Refunds Due to Theft: If an item is confirmed lost or stolen, a full refund will be provided. However, please note that the refund will only be processed once the investigation is completed and concluded in favor of the customer. Investigations can take time, and we appreciate your patience during this process.
4. Return Process
