Atlas Bullion is committed to ensuring safe and timely delivery of your orders. Please review our shipping policy for details on how your items will be shipped.

1. Shipping Providers
We use trusted carriers to deliver your order safely, including FedEx, USPS, and UPS. Customers may add a note to their order if a specific carrier does not deliver to their location. Typically, we use FedEx Two-Day Air with a required signature or USPS.

2. Shipping Speeds and Costs
- Orders Under $1,000: Orders valued below $1,000 may ship slower than high-value orders.
- Payment Method: Orders paid by credit card or bank wire are processed and shipped faster than those paid by ACH or check. ACH payments take 3-5 days to settle, and orders paid by check will only be shipped once the check has cleared.
- Shipping Timeframe: We aim to ship all orders as quickly as possible, though please allow up to 2 weeks for your order to be shipped.

3. Insurance
We automatically provide full insurance coverage for all shipments at no additional cost to you, ensuring your items are protected.

4. Delivery Timeframes
Once payment has cleared, we process and ship orders within two business days. You will receive a tracking number, which you can view in your account and through email or text notifications.

5. Signature on Delivery
For security, all orders containing precious metals (excluding subscription orders under $1,500) will require a signature upon delivery. Subscription orders valued at $1,500 or above will also require a signature.

6. Shipping Regions
Currently, we offer domestic shipping only. If you wish to place an international order, please contact us to discuss special arrangements.

7. Order Tracking
Customers can view their tracking information in the “My Account” section when logged in. We also send tracking updates by email or text for convenience.
